-
It
must be handwritten, using your own words. If you
use simple straighforward language normally, then
use those same types of words in your affirmation.
If possible, do try to use action or excitment words.
Example: "I enjoy, I joyfully, I love
to, I eagerly, etc."
-
It must be written as if you have already accomplished
it. Don't write, "I can," instead use "I
am."
-
It
must be written about something realistic, as discussed

-
You
can only work on ONE affirmation at a time. After
day 21, you can start your next affirmation.
- When
you are writing your affirmations, you can repeat them
to yourself during the day. When I started doing these
I also taped myself saying them and played the tape
while I was doing my household chores.
